When our house was flooded, leaving it unliveable with most of our furniture and possessions destroyed and off to the tip covered in smelly mud, Ross Lee was the greatest help. His knowledge of the law about insurance and the processes and policies of insurance companies was the best and most practical assistance at a time of amazing stress and financial worry. He was supportive, knowledgable and encouraging when we discovered that what we thought our insurance covered, in fact did not, according to our insurers.We eventually got a settlement, not all that we originally thought that we would get, but all that was actually possible to get. under the law and in the circumstances we were in.We now know better what to look for in an insurance policy that guided us when we reinsured our rebuilt house and possessions. Over 3 and a half years ago, I went to Ross Lee regarding what I thought was a pretty simple personal injury claim, that was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Ross is arrogant and rude, he didnt listen to me and when I questioned the handling if my case he threatened to sack me! Everytime I threatened to change lawyers he lied and told me to hang with him for abit longer as he was nearly there. I had 5 different staff members working on my case as Ross cant keep his staff for any longer than 6 months and each time he had a new staff member no information was passed on and I had to go through everything again. Meanwhile Ross was happily clocking up the hours and I was given an account for $90,000 for the Work he had done " when I finally realised he was incapable of completing the task and found another lawyer.
