Customer service is unrivalled. Looked after very well. Didn't end up buying anything this time. I was served by a trainee who was excellent.

My wife bought her first Hermes and she really like it. The service is lovely and you don’t have to queue for a long period of time. It would be better if they are offer drinks to customers as what other shops are doing now as part of their customer service. I will definitely come back in the future. Click like if you love Hermes

The Hermès team at Chadstone provides an exceptional level of service. They are always patient with each individual customer’s needs. They are courteous when we are indecisive, and offer genuine advice so we do purchase something that genuinely meets our needs. Thank you Hermès, every visit is always a happy one.

I have met Nate since 2021, he was quite patient with me the first time we met. Although I had only purchased a perfume and a twilly at first, he assisted me in creating my wishlist. During the lockdown, I purchased a variety of products from him; he was quite kind and responded quickly. All of the products were shipping from Hermes during lockdown, but Nate packaged them extremely nicely, I had an excellent client service from Nate. Nate contacted me after lockdown and told me he had a surprise for me. When he gave me my dream bag, I couldn't believe he remembered everything I said to him the first time we met. He provided me with the greatest customer service, he is the best top seller. He is the most patient person I've ever met, and he never forces me to buy anything. When I ask him for recommendations, he always offers me the greatest options. In his position, he never wants me to purchase the most expensive items, but rather the items that are most appropriate for me. He constantly surprises me; it's the first time I've felt so joyful and fulfilled after spending money. Nate should be highly recommended, he made my Hermes trip enjoyable. He also makes the Chadstone store look elegant and generous. Nate, the Chadstone top star, makes Chadstone the greatest Hermes store. I hope he continues to be successful in the future!

Very average customer service compared to the other high-end brands around the area. It's not a bad range of products, and the pricing is not too bad. The customer service is very dry, and the staff seems uninterested. Products are very well made and the quality is good. Would recommend the products but not the service.

We purchased a pair of Oran flats and was assisted by Billy. He was an absolute delight! Perfectly pleasant yet professional, 10/10 would come back to this location for him.

Came in for my first purchase with this brand and was greeted by an incredible SA Onthatile. She was extremely patient in showing me the collection and presented the products beautifully. She showed me a variety of different ways to wear the silk scarf and also introduced me to a number of other items from the brand. I love this store and the staff are always so friendly. I had been shopping in Hermès both city and Chadstone stores for many years. During lockdown, I met my sales Sha who is the best never ever! She was been so patient and helpful to choose items for me and kept update my wishlist! Excellent customer service and she is an asset to this store!
