Provided just about every single piece of personal information I have on record, provided references, provided details of income, only to be told I'm on CentreLink payments....which I'm not.Received a single text 'after receiving your application we're unable to proceed any further' with zero explanation.Emailed, text & left voice messages asking for someone to contact me to explain but they only about money, not service.Happy to amend this review if someone cares to return my call & explain.Sort your customer service out.

I would love to thank Fred Romero he was a real customer friendly man that went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly helping to get me exactly what I needed, very professional and a breathe of fresh air after a ordeal with another rental company where the woman was so rude and horrible to deal with. Always quick to process and deliveryBut this time due to i.t issues I had to ring my agent Wendy due to the my gov link problem on the system at the moment, not doing the two authentication passwords sign in. For my govBut all good as they know about it and there it department is working on the problem to fix it… been a customer for over 9 yrs pus on and off.
