Been going here for years. All the staff there are amazing and are probably sick of seeing my hand. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hand sorted

Have a 2yo son in pain and will have growth issues if not sorted asap. Gp referral sent here.Unless we have private health insurance we won't be seen for 12 months, even though we are a paying patient.Clearly charge more for private health patients...Care factor - 0All about maximum profit - 1Instead sent to jhh to be seen sooner.Who would have thought you would get in quicker in the public system instead of private?Poor empathy, service and care factor
