I must say the food is extraordinary! 5 Star for the the deliciousness of food, presentation and amazing customer service. Never seen such a strong group of individuals so dedicated to fine service. The Chef is super friendly. The ambience and decor made me feel in love. Beyond belief! Do yourself a favour and dont miss out on tasting their food.

Fusion Food Truck catered my 40th birthday party and the guests raved about the food to me. The food was generous servings, tasty and served with a smile. A really professional outfit who took the stress out of organising the party. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Fusion Food Truck for any event/gathering where you want to make an impression by providing quality good and amazing service! I had the pleasure of working with them recently when they catered our event (at ECHO Community Services) to celebrate National Volunteer Week! Their food truck was a wonderful addition to our event to honour our hardworking volunteers. There were a wide variety of options to choose from and all were made fresh onsite before the event commenced. Our guests loved everything - scrumptious arancini balls, burgers, nachos, mango curry and so on. Lots of rave reviews from everyone! This was a very professional team who left no detail unturned. From the moment we started discussions they wanted to please, and made sure they listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations. I can't thank them enough for helping to make our event so special. I hope to be able to have another opportunity in the future to work with them again!

I can’t thank Chrys and the Fusion team enough!They catered our wedding for nearly 100 people and the food was absolutely phenomenal. The oysters were the best I’ve ever had, all the food was hot, fresh, fast to come out and there was more than enough for everyone! Thanks again guys

The crew from Fusion Food truck were very prompt and pleasant to deal with when I was planning my wedding. They are so accommodating, they came to my house to prepare a sample tasting for my family. The food they create is well presented and extremely tasty. Highly recommend!

Very happy that we chose Fusion to cater our wedding. The food was incredible and as was their service on the night. Fusion were easy to work with to get the menu right. All our guests have raved about the food and were happy with the mix of GF, vegan etc options offered. Everyone left full!

AMAZING!!! FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!!I had planned a small birthday event, using them as a catering service to feed my guests and we all weren't disappointed.The food was delicious with the fusion of different cuisines that just blended well together (hat off to the chef!)Service was above and beyond, the chef and staff explained the dishes and also came to check on if all the guests were enjoying the food and having a good time. By the end of it, a lot of my guests asked about if they were able to hire them for their own events.Definitely recommend trying their food if you ever see them at any event, you wouldn't want to miss out!

Couldn’t recommended these guys enough. Their service and communication was excellent throughout the process and the food was amazing! (Highly recommend the chicken bao). They set up their food truck out the front of our house where they did all their food prep which not only looked impressive but was also brilliant as that meant we could use our kitchen for other use. All our guests were raving about the food, Would use again :)
