Domino’s Pizza Strathfield
Disgusting service and the food hardly had any ingredients or even sauce on it spent $68 for poorly made pizzas. Called store as pizzas were late then told we gave wrong address. Wasn't wrong address the guy on the phone was rude and needs another job as customer service isn't for him. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE TO ANYONE. Domino's Australia needs to look further Into the staffing situation and customer service.

We thank the shift on Sat night 24/6/2023 who helped solve a duplicate order issue. They did not charge us for the internet error. We very much appreciate the duty manager's understanding of the error

Domino’s Pizza Strathfield
The delivery driver didn’t have change for $50 even when I selected that I needed change for $50 through the online ordering app. The driver said that he would bring my change in 30minutes and told me to wait but he never came back. I have tried contacting the restaurant and tried contacting through the online feedback forms and have not received any reply. They have also constantly forgot on my drinks with my orders. I feel like I’ve been robbed of my money on many occasions.

I ordered my pizzas at 11.53am on Sunday and my pizza arrived around 1.20pm. I was fine with the delay but what I was disappointed in was the fact that the deliverer has called me and asked me to come out in the rain to pick up my order. When I pay for delivery, the expectation is for him to walk up to my door. That was the first disappointment. The second one was he said there was no choc lava cakes and he without my approval replaced it with two extra garlic breads. Why do I need extra garlic bread when it is already added to my coupon? Third disappointment was that my pizza came squashed and the sauce spread everywhere on the lid and it was just awful. We paid $60 for this poor quality of food and service. They didn't even ring me to let me know that there are no choc lava cakes and what I would like replaced. Rude.

I ordered at 6.21 with an estimated delivery time of 6.51. I had to go downstairs at 7.26 to see why my delivery driver had been out the front but hadn't rung the bell. The food was cold. The food itself was okay but it would've been so much better if it was actually delivered on time. The food was ready at 6.45 so it had been ready for 40 minutes by the time i received it. Won't be ordering from here again.Update: they sent me a voucher to ask them for another chance. They failed miserably again. I did not lock it up, the person who picked it up was told we no longer have broccoli from now on. They did not mention they also didn't have rocket. I ordered double broccoli. Essentially 3 toppings were missing from my vegetarian pizza. I ordered over an hour in advance so they should've called to see if i wanted a substitute. Worst domino's I've ever ever ever encountered. I messaged their Facebook account and they told me they had organised a regional manager to call me. Noone has called.

Worst service ever. Left the food in lobby on the floor. Zero customer respect. Would like to rate zero. And the attitude of the delivery was so bad as he was doing a favor on us by deliverying foodNo chicken in peri-peri chicken pizza. Indi pizza no panner. Such a bad quality and their manager “Binod” was very rude and disrespectful

The past 3 deliveries were horrible. First delivery, the delivery driver was 25 mins over the expected delivery time. Both second and third delivery they forgot at least 1 item and missed my address. Trying to communicate with the driver is bad as I feel they don’t understand whatever you say. Delivery driver said it wasn’t his fault. Maybe it’s my fault right?

Purchased a pizza during an afternoon and the pizza was delivered 1 hour and 40minutes later.After receiving the pizza, we noticed the bottom of the Thin and Crispy" pizza had what seems to be Mold on the bottom.After calling to let them know I have found mold on the bottom of the pizza and if they would like to see a picture of it
