From photos this place looked great.Big disappointment. One of the poorest motels I have stayed in!Clean.......but very old.Very, very basic. No towel racks...no handwash. One tea spoon, two cups and one saucer. One glass & two different size wine glasses. No extra pillows or blankets only what eas on the bed.No hair-dryer or ironToaster, kettle & microwave & fridge. No clock, digital TV kept loosing signal & hard to watch (breaking up).Two chairs, no sofa (pictures showed Sofa and so did the invoice). No plates or additional cutlery.Believe they are doing renovations....are these problems going to be addressed?Next time down that way I shall be staying in a hotel....as they say you pay for what you get!

After an long day drove , stop here at around 9pm for a night to have a good rest and ready for the next long drive for the next day.The minus we walked into the room the smell was so strong of the chemical cleaning stuff, we though just open the door for 10 mins to get some fresh air in , but unfortunately the smell still stayed in the room all night make my throat very very uncomfortable. Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep well at all. We had to get up at 4am in the morning and get out the room. The room number is 333.The smell of the chemical cleaning the carpet was horrible.

Older style motel units, probably 60 rooms.Plenty of hot water and great play space for the kids.Good fenced pool area and an undercover area for dining or games.Reasonable price and the rooms are a good size.Decor is minimal but the rooms were clean.Great place to stay for a family reunion or wedding. You could rent 10 rooms in a wing and have everything there.Management was very helpful.

I have driven from Melbourne to Sydney and stayed at this place and found rooms that have very bad smells and lots of mosquitoes. The Receptionist was very rude when I asked her to change the room or atleast cancel the reservation.I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

I have to admit it was the 2nd cheapest motel in Campbelltown on the night. But the room was dated and knocked about. It was clean and bed was made after first night. Give this place ago if we increase patronage they will do better. The motel was booked out. So they are doing something right.

Expected at least a fresh smelling room for $175/night.Stunk of nicotine, a curtain that didn't cover the window so anyone could look in and see you in bed, a toilet holder held together with duct tape. $80 OK, $175, not acceptableFor a non smoking room, the smell of nicotine was untenable. It was so bad that we briefly entertained ubering home to Sydney City after midnight and coming back to pick the car up the next morning. (We'd were there for a celebration and couldn't drive after a few drinks). I woke up after 1am desperate to find a window to open and couldn't, and ended up standing outside for 10 minutes to get fresh air. The bed was on wheels and the slightest bump moved it. We woke at 630am to be out of there at 7am as we couldn't stand the odor any longer.

not sure what the man’s name is, pretty sure he lives on-site and is in charge of room keeping, however he is super friendly and hardworking. My young children love him he’s super nice to them, A friendly face is always a good thing. I think he’s an asset to colonial.Overall the rooms are okay and they are always kept clean….location is convenient as everything is close by.

The room was okay but there were cockroaches and also mould on the ceiling. The bath was dirty and hard to get in and out of. The room was very big with a lot of wasted space so it would be good to redo the bathrooms. I won't stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES. Rundown Filthy and Bug Infested. AVOID this place at all costs. The rooms are foul. The AC units are as noisy as a freight train. The blinds are old and broken. There are cigarette burns on the vanity. The sheets and bedding are geriatrics and paper thin and contain non-removable stains from whoever whenever. The Carpets are full of mites and you are scratching from the point of entry. The smell is like old dust and mould and you immediately know it's an unhealthy haven for bugs. The beds are so old they turn into a V from just sitting on them. To be anywhere near the Bed means you are also bitten by either Bed Bugs or Dust Mites. There are homeless people living in this Motel and an array of strange things were witnessed. The entire carpark is lit with bright floodlights all night long. The area is rough, there were sounds of Police Sirens all night long and some loud Band playing nearby and people yahooing. We didn't dare leave the room and felt very unsafe in this area and in this revolting Motel.
