Dropped in for a ‘quick’ take-away coffee on the way to the airport. 15 minutes go by and, after seeing people who arrived 5 mins after me served coffees before me, I had to chase up my coffee. The delay was seemingly due to the owner/manager fast tracking orders of friends ahead of others, together the grunge coffee maker girl in apparent dreamland, still recovering from last night’s bender. No apology offered, just attitude for querying if my coffee was coming. Fyi, the place was not busy at the time. Coffee was pretty good, which earned them an extra star, even if service was abysmal.RESPONSE TO RESPONSE:Owner’s response was full of lies, not surprising given the guy-fast-tracking friends’ orders over others is the guy writing the response. Guilty conscience. Took the deny all approach. Everything I wrote was spot on. One of the people he fast-tracked was a blonde-girl in her 30’s who he greeted by name. A work in progress perhaps.He claims I never chased up my order, but after I did chase up my order, it was then that he grabbed the docket and read out my name to the coffee maker to hurry it up - why else would he have looked at it again otherwise - coffee maker then got to it eventually.I look forward to reading the owner’s disingenuous response to the numerous recent reviews about the substandard coffee service at this joint.

The staff were so lovely, we were actually going to go to another cafe around the corner and the staff were so nonchalant so we left and were greeted so warmly by the staff here. The iced coffees were ace and we shared the tacos. Nice place.

One of the worst cafe experiences I have had. Firstly I had ordered an almond latte, however the staff who served me must’ve heard me wrong and put through a normal latte instead. When I got my coffee I told them I had ordered an almond latte and the waitstaff came over to show me their receipt saying that I ordered a normal latte. Poor handling of customer service, almost as if trying to insinuate I was wrong. When I went up to the counter to pay the residual for the coffee the staff members there looked quite disgruntled, but there was a young blonde staff lady that was nice and took care of things. Next we ordered a savoury muffin that took quite a while to get to us so we had to go to the counter again to ask where our food was. Turns out that a waitstaff delivered it to the wrong table and the people from that table had given it back, but it was possible that we would’ve never received it if we didn’t ask… I would save my money and go somewhere else with better service next time.

A cafe with a relaxing outdoor setting, good service, and reasonable food.I appreciated the fact that they had both large and small options for the eggs benedict, with the option of salmon/bacon/vegetarian. I tried the bacon eggs benedict with a latte to accompany, while my none the wiser friend decided to go for a turmeric latte (can confirm he did not enjoy the taste of tumeric, but at least it was instagram worthy) and smoked salmon eggs benedict.The ingredients tasted fresh and it was good enough to make me feel like it wasn't too expensive for the price*. On this matter you can expect to pay $10-$25 for a hot/cooked meal, but they also do have croissant and other baked goods for purchase at cheaper prices. The coffee was well made, with no burnt taste.*My personal views are that cafe foods are typically wayyy overpriced for what you get.

Just wanted a very nice dinner and drink. Kim seated me then placed my order. Ricardo was the next person, he took my drink order which appeared very quickly prepared by Marco, it was delicious, with a nice kick. Then my meal was finally delivered by Loki, just wanted to make sure it was at the correct table. Have had the pork belly meal before but Sarah went to her same preparation, a delicious meal yet again. I asked for a special drink Marco brought it out to make sure it was correctly done, so will make that my usual drink there now. It's a 5 star place to dine and enjoy yourself.

A little cafe tucked away in a corner in the shopping precinct of Coolum. I ordered the breakfast taco (it was tasty but not over the moon). I thought they mix up my order of coffee and gave me an ice latte rather than a small latte. I did not bother about it and just drank it. Apparently it was another customer’s order and the staff said in a tone that implied I took another customer’s drink and did not pay for it (which I did pay for my hot latte). After sitting for a while, I heard other customer’s coffee order were all mixed up as well. Not sure if I would be heading there again with such service.

Booked online. Friendly staff. Table was reserved and ready when we got there with menus on the table. Order and pay at counter. Food and drinks came out quickly. Food was delicious and absolutely no complaints on the drinks.Outside seating. Bustling and popular place. Be sure to book on long weekends and holidays.I had scrambled eggs and bacon. I took some of the beetroot chutney from my husbands plate, which totally made my dish perfect!My husband had the feta and pea fritters. He too was happy with his meal.I recommend this place and would have no hesitation in going again.
