Me and my husband visited the store with our son and we can't thank Ryan enough for how fantastic and understanding he was during our visit. Ryan picked up on ques immediately and from there went way above the expected service standard to make sure our son felt safe in an environment he wasn't used to. Those differences are what differentiate a great experience from a simple day of shopping. Amazing team fantastic service, will definitely be returning customers.

I took my son to Scooter,Skate today to choose his own bars and deck,as soon as we walked in the door,we were greeted by a welcoming,smiley guy offering assistance,all of the guys were happy,knowledgeable,helpful & very professional,my son & I came away happy,Thankyou guys,we will be back

Walked in just after 2pm on Monday 12th of June and had the best experience in any skate n scoot shop. The gentleman behind the counter was so quick to take my Longboard and locate the issue of my clunking trucks, being that I was missing my pivot cups on a board I picked up from marketplace. He fixed it up with no charge just had to pay for the part, was done in less than 5 minutes. Even offered to adjust my trucks to my liking and try it out instore instantly. Absolutely recommended this neat little shop tucked away near 99bikes, it was super clean and well laid out inside with great displays to have a look at. Plus they had an amazing sale on clothes on great brands !

These guys were really helpful and knew what they were talking about when buying an electric scooter. I got good old fashion service and was very happy with my purchase. Went down the road at 99bikes to compare and they were struggling to answer basic questions regarding their own products. Went straight back to scooter and skate and bought there. Good job guys for your great customer service. It shows.
