We had such poor service from the Auckland team, in fact, we are still waiting for them to follow up. We purchased a new trailer camper, and the water pump was faulty. When they replaced it they damaged the drawers. they fixed that" and damaged other parts of the cabinetry. They made was supposed to be a great experience poor. We have been waiting months for parts

If i could give no stars that would be better, Where do i start? my new 2022 model had so much wrong with it when i picked it up, no racks in fridge/freezer, missing diesel heater missing water filter, lights over the bed and tv did not work, step ladder was faulty, when i put the motorhome into gear the consul popped out and still does, washing machine lid was cracked, rear bumper not attached properly and still isn't, awning not coming out properly needs to have two people do it, awning button was the wrong one and fell off, now in such a short time the slide out motor according to the experts was faulty and needed to be replaced after being stuck and would not come out at all,(second time this has happened to us, we had a 2021 model as well) two days later the strut on the bed snapped, the pipe for the washing machine grey water was not attached properly, the roof on the 2021 model wasn't sealed properly and needed to be replaced that took a month, tap over the sink popped out, i have a deposit on another 2022 model was meant to arrive October 2022 got an email saying November, then another saying boxing day, then the latest email says 30th of January 2023 I've bought a 2022 model but get it in 2023? i have bought 3 motorhomes from you all 2021/2022 models all with faults at pick up not to mention what happens when they hit the road. A bit of quality control at your factory wouldn't go astray WOW if they could not get any worse my 2023 model with under 5000 kms on the clock now has the the famous Jayco warranty issue the motors and rails need replacing as the slide out doesn't work at all - we've been told 3-4 weeks wait until its fixed I'll believe it when i see it - get it right at the factory stop putting $185,000 out on the street for me and my family to deal with a few months later , I've cancelled my next order, never to buy from you ever again

May I please ask a question?.Your agent handed over a 1 yr old motorhome without a spare key. When asked - they replied it wasn't law" thay they had to give a spare key. WOW !! How would you rate this customer service?Would your Mother or family member happily sign a Contract to Purchase a Motorhome that was less than a year old with just 4

Jayco Auckland New Zealand. Two reflects after purchase communication with Jayco Auckland. Received new Jayco with what appears to be a rushed finishing. Diesel dust through entire caravan, water pump not working and the finishing (sealant) very rough. Amongst other stuff including faulty faucet in bathroom. Mostly cosmetic so after spending $85,000 we spent two days cleaning and adjusting as no service agents close by. But annoyingly, bolster that extends the bed is “blue”. The rest of our caravan is a grey. Tony at Jayco Auckland said Jayco Australia do a “run” of a fabric and all Jaycos at the time of mine would have got a blue squab. Don’t believe this nonsense but they refuse to provide it a matching fabric and was told by Tony (sales Auckland) to pull the duvet up over it so I can’t see it. Unacceptable. Not cool after purchase service in Auckland. Dorothy Spiotta.

JAYCO SYDNEY – NTH ST MARYSWhat superlatives could one use and that would be sufficient to describe the wonderful team in Jayco Sydney’s (Nth St Marys) Service Department. To use the vernacular to describe their wonderful service would require the reader to reach for a dictionary or a thesaurus.I purchased a used Jayco Optimum and as a total novice and as such was consequently taken to the cleaners by the ‘old’ man and his daughter – unfortunately due to my accommodation and circumstances beyond my control these combined necessitated in me making a very rash decision to purchase his RV – of course my son keeps reminding me that he advised me not to purchase it.Whilst I was aware that it was dirty but I had no idea that it required so much additional work & repairs to bring it up to standard and ensure that I was safe on the road and to hold up off grid – I was prepared to clean the filth up but the residual repairs etc came as somewhat of a shock to the system and my budget.As a novice of owning a mobile home I was a totally unaware of what works what and what switches go on and go off etc etc.But the extremely well versed and competent team at Jayco service were nothing short of wonderful. They were so patient with my endless requests and additions to what needed to be replaced, changed or repaired that they amazed me.Added to this Tony & John extended to me with what no doubt was an unprecedented and most welcome gift of spending hours on what was their much-earned day off by going over all the repairs etc plus what switch did what etc etc. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing or servicing an RV or caravan to their establishment.

I have and still have really poor service from Melrose Park in South Australia. I have purchased the new Pod X , and I have been constantly flogged off. They do eventually ring you back. I have a lot of electrical issues as they don't work. I have cut my hand on screws that have come through to the kitchen back wall. I wanted solar panels attached, and I got nothing as you can feel that they didn't want to do it, as they stated that I would park under a tree anyway. (Rude). I have a garden hose on the attachment to fill the water tank. There is nothing to hold the water in, and I lost 75% of the water on my way to Alice Springs. I have to take the cover of the battery box to charge the battery as the Anderson plug doesn't work. I'm a single mum, and buying this was a massive thing for me, and all I get is poor service. I'm still waiting on my side awnings, I was told that they were going to arrive a week before I left, then was told they were coming last week and still waiting. There is still more faults. Was told that I am unable to get it booked in until April next yr.When I went pick up the Pod X I ended up having to wait 3hr of my appointment, then they rushed through everything and then was pushed out the door. I could still say more, I'm just very disappointed and dishearten from this poor experience

Worst after sales support ever! Shoddy workmanship and no one wants to take ownership or accountability. Endless issues with 2022 motorhome. I bought a lemon. Leaky windows still happening even after you were fined for it. Not happy.
