Bad attitude over the phone from the bloke i spoke to. Refused to give me a trade price unless i was physically standing in front of him. I can get trade prices over the phone from good guys and Harvey Norman by providing my electrical licence and rec. Quoting a trade price over the phone and actually purchasing are 2 completely different things. Customers know trade prices will of course be cheaper but actually purchasing them without proof of licence is where most companiesddraw the line for obvious reasons. These guys have their policy all wrong. Should be trying to help me out with a keen attitude so that i keep buying from them. I'm always praising the businesses where i get great customer service. This businesses is not not one. First impressions are extremely important guys!
