What an awful experience,Very rude staff

Very rude and unprofessional, selling faulty products. DO NOT BUY

Completely rude and unhelpful. Called to make an enquiry and was told that a sales rep would contact me for further details. When I called back 6 hours later, another lady Nawee ( had an accent), was very rude and I wanted to know if a particular bamboo (coffee), had certification as we are worried about the resins used being toxic. All she could say is that the information is on the website. When I pointed out the facts, etc... she got irritated and refused to put me on to someone else who could answer a very important detail. She hung up on me. Very unprofessional and frankly can’t believe that a company would hire such a rude and unhelpful person.

Poor quality laminate flooring, excessive noise, defects in boards and chips easily. The company have refused to take action under their manufacturers warranty. When contacting them to resolve I found them to be completely unprofessional. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS...you will be disappointed!
