They are dodgy, advice to everyone who does not fix it your diesel pump at this company, buy a new one, and you will save your money

My experience with this mob was excellent. I was worried when I found them to be the lowest price, that I would be sacrificing some quality or service but instead I was blown away. Not only was everyone I spoke to polite and honest but the bill came to less than I was originally quoted and their work was to very high standards! Very unusual to leave any shop 100% satisfied these days but Diesel Australia could not be faulted in my opinion

Sent my Ute details up to Diesel Australia P/L, gave me the correct model to order. Ordered a refurbished diesel injector pump, delivery was a bit slow as their Courier off loaded the job to AustPost which delayed delivery by a week. Pump installed no problems, damaged injector pump from the Ute was posted back to them and the Core credit was in my bank account within days. Great Service. Highly Recommend

Over 12 months I dealt with 4 diesel shops to get my drowned truck back on the road. My truck sat for months at one injector place, nothing to show for it. I'd spoken to Guy at Diesel Australia early on, he'd been firm about wanting compression checks before the truck went there. I'd check the block, DFI had checked it, ECU was good, so off to Diesel Australia. Drove the truck home after a year off the road, with instructions to look for other problems to surface. A month later I went back and despite being away Guy and the team had a new pump waiting for my truck. Have been enjoying my old hilux on the road, now away using it on the tracks and beaches. Have to say the combination of Mel & Guy is unbeatable. Guy has such heart, while Mel and the front of house team seems to be what the other shops lack. I've put another diesel through their shop since, really very happy with the outcome both times. 5 stars as I really couldn't ask for more.

Dishonest and deceptive they broke the bolt and tried to glue it, if they are willing to cover up such a small inexpensive mistakeim concerned for the rest of the work they did.

I had a $3500 service done in June and as part of preventative maintenance included the replacement of injectors. Precisely three months and 5,000 klm later the injectors failed, as diagnosed by the Toyota dealer, filling the engine with diesel. It has taken me three weeks to finally get a denial from Diesel Australia sighting an assessment from the manufacturer Denso. They have hidden behind this from day one and left me with no confidence from the outset that they cared whatsoever that I and my family have been subjected to weeks of taxis and buses. As per the comments from Mark Hobbs it would seem the focus is on the initial cash grab and zero on after sales service. Be very very careful and make sure you shop around as these guys weren't the cheapest either. My position is now going through the cost of a new engine and the ugly inconvenient process of recovery.

My injector pump gave up 4 days out from a planned trip to Cape York and Diesel Australia came to the rescue. Exceptional service and it was reassuring to get text messages direct from the owner about progress. Excellent company and highly recommended.

OK service, but Double check the spare parts you buy before you leave.Even when you supply them with the correct part number sometimes they get it wrong. Also, if you are buying a Denso part, as well as checking that the part number is correct, be sure to check that the serial number on the part matches the serial number on the package.Both times I have bought parts from them I have had to go back and exchange them for the correct items.And they just did it again with a simple O-Ring. So, it will be another trip back.
