Kylie is an amazing jewellery designer! We asked her to design a Generation Ring for my granddaughter and the result was beyond our expectations, a beautiful ring combining three rings owned by my granddaughter's great and great great grandmothers. Kylie goes above and beyond to match your wishes for the jewellery design - she will definitely go a long way in her chosen career!

I walked in the store, not quite knowing what I wanted, however I was greeted by Kylie the store manager with a smile and so far the best and most helpful service I've ever received in jewellery store. She spent over 1.5 hours helping me to design a custom piece and also helping me finally find what I wanted which was in the store. Amazing service and help and she is a brilliant jewellery designer. Her other team member Krystal was also fantastic to deal with .I bought Tag watch and a beautiful 2 piece diamond ring.. Thank you ladies.

Today I bought a Baby-G watch for work, I'd been looking at them for a long time and Wallace Bishop Charlestown had the perfect one for me (I hadn't seen it anywhere else). Charlotte helped my mum and I with the sale - hands down, I've never had such a funny and lovely buying experience anywhere else. She was so friendly. The other lady working also made sure we were being taken care of which was wonderful. There is such a great atmosphere here. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

I visited this store right before lockdown, and was helped by the knowledgeable and pleasant Dionie.I went into the store very unsure about what gift to get for my daughters 21st birthday . Dionies help was extremely professional and friendly . Her advise on what to get for my price range was perfect and my daughter loved her present . While I was there she was able to change my watch battery right there and then on the spot and was very happy to do so .I found her service very accommodating and would recommend anyone who is looking for that something special to go and see Dionie. Amazing service 10/10 will be back .

I experienced exceptional service from Prue at the Charlestown Wallace Bishop store. She kept an emerald and diamond ring aside for me for, until I could get to the store in person to actually see it, as I live in Sydney. Prue is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I felt confident with making this purchase. Prue is a credit to the store. The ring also comes with a 12 month guarantee! I would recommend Wallace Bishop Jewellers and Prue, as she will help you find the right piece of jewellery that suits you. I now have a beautiful emerald and diamond ring that feels as if it has always been at home on my finger.

In recent months I have purchased a number of items as well as had several special pieces of jewellery designed and made at this store. The staff have been exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic in their service. The store manager, Kylie Welsh has gone out of her way to meet all my needs and her advice and skill has been greatly appreciated. The other members of staff have been equally supportive and helpful. I believe that Wallace Bishop Stores sell a quality product but it is the quality of the Staff that really makes the difference and keeps the customers coming back.

I have been dealing with Charlotte the Assistant Manager for a few years now and can only say that my experience has been 5 star ! at the very least. Charlotte is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and makes shopping for jewellery an easy and enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a gem ! The store has a great range and competitive pricing as well. Definitely 5 star !
