This is my go to place for frozen seafood. Have used it for so many years not only for my family, but special occasions & celebrations & even to send overseas. Love the fact that it's a family owned business & staff are always courteous and helpful. Cost wise they are fairly prized and the quality is always the best. I live in Western Sydney but willing to travel. The online order & special delivery they do around Christmas is a wonderful service. Highly recommend this place.

Great value for high quality seafood. I bought some frozen New Zealand green mussels here last visit and they were huge. The flesh was meaty and the flavour was sweet. Everything else did not disappoint. Would totally revisit again and again.

You will never be disappointed! The no1 seafood factory we have in NSW! Great customer service, affordable prices on great quality seafood. Their seafood is always fresh and I always appreciate the extra mile they go to ensure our purchases from their store are safely packed and secure when we request for a poly bin. The only seafood place worth your time and money for your next family, social or business event!

I have purchased a pack from Seafood which had prawns, calamari and scallop and it was delicious. The prawns were massive in size and very juicy. I would definitely recommend Seafood Factory for all you seafood lovers needs. They are fair in price and have amazing products.

My family have been using seafood factory outlet for many years. It's our go to place everytime we need seafood. From seafood boil, platters or salmon for dinner or lunch this is where we go to. For family gatherings - where we have alot of them- this is our one stop shop for our muscles, octopus, prawns, crabs, lobsters seafood sticks and the list goes on. You will not be disappointed. On top of that their service is 10/10. It is a friendly family business.
