Found some great merchandise there while I was waiting for them to do my roadworthy. Some nice shirts and plenty of clothing including helmets. Boots, glove, oils etc. Large bike shop but not a lot of bikes at the moment.

Was horrified to find that they had left a main subframe bolt out of my bike, after having carburettor service now my bike is damage after 2000km of not knowing. Thanks Mackay Kawasaki, I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!!

Trevor and the team at Kawasaki mackay truly go above and beyond. The service delivered by the store was not only affordable but absolutely effortless and taking what i thought was gonna be a headache of my plate. Its great to know that there are such reliable people in my town.Thank yous very much, my bike is running like a dream! Ill definitely be back!!

Great shop with even better staff, I've bought 2 bikes from these guys and couldn't be happier, both Luke and Dale where amazing and so helpful with both purchases and after sale service. Just all around amazing, highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service. No rip offs. Diligently went through pros and cons of different helmets, prices etc. Allowed fitting until right fit was achieved. No pushy salesman.
