I think I’ve bought from bed bug barrier twice. Both times worked a treat. The products are high quality and well made with a pleasing finish. Even though they’re water proof they’re not wrinkly or loud like you would expect. Honestly they make your pillows and mattress look fresh and new again which is a nice bonus after dealing with how gross bed bugs make you feel. Never had any issues with shipping or customer service. I can recommend these guys.

Our daughter brought back bed bugs from her uni accommodation in the UK. Multiple visits from traditional pest controllers and more than $2000 later, we still had recurrent outbreaks of the pests. We read in the science literature that diatomaceous earth was a natural killer of bed bugs. Bed Bug Barrier offered the diatomaceous earth product, together with physical barriers, tools for applying the product and fantastic video and telephone help service to enable us to get rid of the bugs. After two years of bed bug outbreaks we now seem to be free of the problem. We cannot recommend the product and Sean and Tony's knowledgable service highly enough as an effective and cheap solution for a really hard to treat pest.

Wow, bedbugs one of the hardest pests I have ever had to deal with. All the washing and cleaning made little difference, pesticides- not effective. I contacted bed bug barrier, got the powder, and other products but most importantly the education from the site. Armed with all of it I finally started to make progress. This company was very prompt to reply to all my questions and were extremely helpful, ready to give phone instructions on how to steam and apply the powder, and were prompt to advise on photos I sent in ( which I didn't do till the end of the treatment, big mistake!!). It turns out the bedbug infestation we were so sure we had from a friend getting bitten and looking at internet photos was a false alarm, nothing to do with Bed Bug Barriers who were quick to identify carpet beetles once I finally sent them a photo.Still, I am happy to have great quality mattress and pillow protectors as well as a steam cleaner. I awoke at an AirBnB covered in bites and with small spots of blood on the sheets. I woke up with even more bites a few days later and knew I must have somehow transported a bug in my luggage - even though I washed all my clothes and dried them in the dryer to heat treat them!After purchasing covers for all the beds in my house and applying the diatomaceous earth, as well as placing my previous doonas away from the bed (forcing any bugs in the doona to crawl through the powder to get back to the bed I stopped having any bites and was sure they were all gone. I haven't had any other issues and the bugs never spread to the other beds in the house which was fantastic!I really like how science-backed this method is, using steam, diatomaceous earth and barriers around the legs of your bed. Pest control companies are extremely expensive, less effective and use poison, so thanks Bed Bug Barrier for your great research and products!I have a bed with really large diameters, so my only extra advice is make sure you measure the diagonal length of your bed legs (not just the length of one side) to ensure the diameter fits into the bed bug leg protectors.10/10 and 5 Stars!
