I highly recommend Builders Choice. They have great customer service and take the time to consider your needs and provide helpful advice (which we are very appreciative for!). Kenny and Maz were wonderful to work with! They have a broad variety and also cater for varying budgets.

Really poor product. Not fit for purpose. Will not take any responsibility for problems caused. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. You have been warned! Not worth one star but its the minimum i can give.

The overall experience was poor.The products were ok. We ordered, we paid in full, we were promised a delivery date, majority of our order made it to our house 4hours later then the delivery window. We noticed items missing in which when followed up they said we will get them to you tomorrow (no apology, & no evidence they would have said anything if we did not follow up). We waited a extra full day for the additional delivery arriving at 5pm (they kept telling us we’re 20mins away). Then when we ordered a incorrect item, we asked if we could exchange, and the employee on the floor said various claims (from no problem, to we will see, ect) over a week of us following up then stating because we opened the box we couldn’t exchange. Overall it was pretty poor. I’m not asking for excellent customer service, just expecting to deliver on what you promise (delivery) and less stuffing around. I would recommend others to go elsewhere unless you can take your order home with you then and there.

I liked this place mainly on account of the low quality finishes on the stock in their showroom it gave me the what you see is what you get" feeling. It's a bargain hunters dream. Grabbed some taps at great price."
