They are thieves.------- Further discussion has revealed that any component replacement would result in the Company bringing my Solar Installation up to current electrical standards. This brings the cost up near a new installation. So although I was looking for just a component replacement, Watters were not prepared to put their name to an Installation which was not up to current standards. So I retract, they are not thieves.

I have been dealing with Meg, Blake and the team here for over 6 mths. They are always willing to go the extra yard , if you are looking for solar and / or a Home battery system in the area make sure you give them a call.

Very prompt to respond to an enquiry made online to quote replacement oven and stove. Will use them again in the future.

Cameras installed were a great investment but ever since they were installed I now have a leaking roof which i have mentioned twice and yet no one has rang or attended to fix the leak. Investigated where leak could be and found dodgy silicone job on roof iron and around rubber sock.

Needed some underground locating done for work to begin in my backyard.Dealt with Kevin over the phone who then sent mark out to do the job.Quick efficient and great service! Great guys to deal with, will definately be recommending to freinds and family in the future!

Our solar panel installation was carried out in a very timely, professional and efficient manner. The installation team were very neat and tidy and all very likeable skilled fellows. The Electrical Inspector spoke very highly of all Watter's installations saying we will have no problems with this system.

After having a 6.6KW solar system installed on my home by Watter's Electrical, I was extremely impressed with the workmanship and the quality of the installation. The service and communication from start to finish was fantastic, and the timeliness of the install was great. The response I received after raising a small concern that required attention was nothing short of excellent. Blake and the team sent the installer out immediately to rectify the issue, following up shortly after to ensure everything was sorted. I couldn't recommend them higher, and I was extremely impressed with the customer service and response from Blake to ensure I was happy.

Called and spoke to reception, was told I would get a call back but never did. Went somewhere else.
