Manly Surfside Apartments

It happened two years ago. I have already paid for my room and they forgot it. Then they asked me to pay it. I haven't realized I have paid the room. After that, I asked the money back from the oversea for two years, but the money is still not back yet. It's so bad. I have sent the email for them but of course, no answer.

Great location, plenty of space and beach decor is nice. Directly across from surf club and flags! Only issue is the weak wifi which doesn't go down well with the young ones!! Definitely will come back.

We used Manly Surfside Apartments for an 8 night stay in November 2014, for a trip to Sydney from the US and would have to say it was perfect in every sense. Starting with the booking, they were the easiest, most responsive rental property company I have ever dealt with in Sydney - and I have used many! Our arrival from the US was very early in the morning and they had a whole package of info and the keys waiting for me - could not have been easier. Then the apartment itself (we stayed in the Riviera Apartment overlooking the beach) was simply stunning - the view was spectacular, the apartment itself was very large, extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. We could not have asked for more! So, if you want the best location to stay while visiting Sydney (nothing beats walking to the Manly ferry for a ride into the City!) and the best accommodation, then this is the place to go.

Gorgeous apartment, great inclusions, pleased with the location and seaside view. The little things matter and I appreciate that the ice trays were filled. I think we will return for another weekend. Overall very impressed, the only improvement could be some Foxtel channels, and to ensure the wifi is working as we were unable to use the wifi.

Top accomodation! Great service at reception and not over priced rooms. All rooms had a sea view and the living space was huge. We had a person in a wheelchair and the rooms accommodated for their needs.

Manly surfside apartments was the most amazing place to get ready before my wedding! They super friendly and accommodating and made the booking process super easy! Even let me look in all the units to decide which would be best suited for my bridal party and I and which would be the best for photos. With a gorgeous backdrop over manly beach, you can’t go wrong! Highly recommend

Please check all the small print and request updated photos before booking! We booked a luxury penthouse apartment that slept nine people for one week over New Year at a cost of $880 per night. For that kind of money we were expecting luxury accommodation. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but. The apartment is split over two floors and is very spacious. There was easily enough room for everyone to move around freely without feeling cramped. However, the apartment is very tired and dated (as is the whole building). The apartment itself seems upside down. There is a huge wrap-around balcony on the top floor which is only accessible from the two upstairs bedrooms. The main living area is on the lower floor and has two (much smaller) balconies, one of which offers views of the ocean. There is also no BBQ, which was a real letdown considering the size of the upper balcony. The fact that there is a dining table and chairs up there therefore makes no sense. Only one of the two upstairs bedrooms had air conditioning. As a result the downstairs bedrooms are extremely warm making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. There are ceiling fans (not effective) and floor standing fans (old and in poor condition), which are available on request but for a luxury apartment, all rooms should have air conditioning! There wasn't enough supplied crockery to go around, no complimentary tea or coffee and no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel supplied. We rinsed all dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and despite using the most intensive setting, none of the dishes came out clean. We took to washing dishes by hand but the sink leaked. There was a small stereo system located in the kitchen with an outdated iPod dock so we had no means of playing music other than through a small bluetooth speaker we had taken with us. We had a power cut and were without power for three hours on account of nobody answering the emergency out-of-hours numbers supplied. Not great when you have a six-month-old and two other children under the age of seven. All in all a very disappointing experience. The one saving grace was its proximity to the beach, which is right across the road.

Air conditioning not working and told several days before can be repaired. @ $450 per night, not acceptable. Beds are like sleeping on concrete and sheets are very starchy and itchy. Go elsewhere

Location, Location, Location...Wonderful short-term 3 bedroom apartment/condo rental for an extended business trip we decided to bring our kids on. Amazing views of Manley Beach from our patio. The building is located directly across the street from the Manley Surf School adjacent to the beach. Large living room and a decent kitchen stocked with enough china, utensils, & cookware to warrant eating in" most of the time. Small washer/dryer allowed us to keep up with laundry & return home with mostly clean clothes. Everything was within walking distance
