We’ve been with hello fresh for the last 3 years and wanted a change. Our 1’st three meals have been terrible. Chorizo salad (so bland you had to throw every sauce imaginable at it), 2nd meal - pumpkin pasta, so dry you haf to whip out some sort of liquid again to make it palatable and tonight, a low carb spicy noodle - dry, bland, tasteless, stogy. Cancelling tonite !!!

Overall food was good. Sometimes they didn't supply correct ingredients. Biggest issue was delivery sometimes would go to the neighbours house and sometimes it would not arrive until the next day. Convenience is what most people are after. Its not Convenient to arrive home from work after a long day and find no food delivered and not sure when it would turn up. After the second time this happened I cancelled.

Poor meat, poor delivery and to many zucchini’s( find a better legume ) wouldn’t recommend.Had friend throw up from beef minceAnd couldn’t use a package of chicken as it was grey.Had two different experiences with customer care one was 5star the other was 1 star not consistent.Had tried cancelling over the phone and turned out they didn’t cancel so I received the box and got charged too make it worse they flat out refused to refund the box.

Charged me for an order I never wanted to place I appear to be jumping through hoops to try and cancel it. I've cancelled these orders because I've found the food to be very stingy and basic.

Disgusting food and sneaky marketing. The noodles were the last straw. We put them straight in the bin, and even though we only wanted to trial the service, they took more money out of our account and kept sending us this terrible food. We tried to give it to the Salvos!

Poor customer service and delivery issues.Our box was delayed 24hrs, when delivered the next day the incorrect box was delivered. The customer service representative apologised but told me it was not Marley Spoon's fault, it was the shipping company's fault. There was no regard for any inconvenience caused and were more than happy to lose paying customers.

Had my first order delivered to the next door neighbour, which I only discovered after I waited on hold to customer service for 15 mins, left my number for a call back and didn't get one until 2 hours later and missed it and all o got was a follow up email. Not a great first experience at all.

Had three boxes delivery so far and all had main ingredients missing. The funny part is the ingredients are actually mentioned in the recipe title. How can you stuff up that and three times in a @#£*ing row.

Had issues with my fruit box add on. The first fruit box arrived damaged/bruised. I skipped the second and was still charged for it. I enquired and was told they have no record of me cancelling it and fobbed me off. Very poor customer service. I hope that fruit box was worth loosing a long term customer.
