That was seven years ago when I began doing hydrotherapy. I see Mel twice a week nowadays. One session in the pool, the other in the Enable Heath, air conditioned, well equipped clinic. You know the old saying; use it or lose it!I’ve found Mel very knowledgeable in her field. She shows empathy and encouragement when I need it, along with a reminder of why I’m doing this work when I’m feeling lazy. If I’m in pain, Mel always knows a solution, so we can get through the exercise session. Mel and her team at Enable Health are all professionals and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
