My wife purchased me a vintage Omega Seamaster on the internet for my birthday. When it arrived it was clear some work and a service was required and the winding mechanism was loose. I took it along to Richard and from the outset received the most incredible customer service. It was immediately clear that my watch was in safe hands and when it was ready to collect it works perfectly. All work comes with a two year warranty which is fantastic. I can't recommend Richard enough and I will definitely be going back in the future.

On the recommendation of a customer, took my 1951 Rolex Oyster to Richard for a quote. He was quite happy to replace the glass and crown initially to get it into a working condition, at a very reasonable price. He also spent time examining it in order to give a full assessment/quote of the necessary work in order to get it working perfectly again: a work in progress. Richard’s experience, knowledge and passion for watches, particularly Swiss ones, is evident. Highly recommended.

Called several times over the last few weeks during the listed open times, nobody picked up. Went to the shop as well during the listed open times, it has been closed every time.This place must be permanently closed. The website might seem impressive, but don't waste your time here. Go to Watch Repairs on Pirie St just across the road instead - much better service.

I left our highly sentimental ,very heavily used J W Benson full hunter pocket watch with Richard for a full restoration of the case crystal, face and workings.I was truly amazed with the outcome considering how the watch looked when Richard received it.Our pocket watch is looking amazingly clean and working perfectly.Richard has displayed incredible skills in dealing with such tiny, fragile components and delivering a restored timepiece that looks truly amazing.Thank you Richard.

Took my partners vintage omega watch to be fixed. The watch was highly sentimental and very expensive. The care and great workmanship with the watch was second to none. I would have no hesitation in bringing the watch back to Richard if required. Absolute professional.

Had my Citizen Bullhead and King Seiko serviced by Richard and his team. Price was very reasonable, and the work done on each vintage piece was exceptional. Very transparent with goings-ons with service; they are all highly qualified and capable team-members. 2 year warranty is just a cherry on-top and a testament to their work. Highly recommend - although my watches were not high calibre, every care was taken and each watch was treated with utmost care. I intend to buy vintage rolex and omega in the future, and will most definitely return to have them looked over. I am very pleased, and will continue to return if I have other watch-related needs!
