Thank you so much to Sarah at Beaumont Tiles for giving me such a tailored experience. Your knowledge, professionalism and communication skills are second to none. Highly recommend her to everyone.

Ordered tiles on the 30 sept 2019 and was told they will be ready for pick up in 4 weeks time. When i rang in December arrange pickup the staff informed me that the tiles haven't arrived and are still another two weeks away, so I had to reschedule the tiler which he was not impressed. When the tiles finally arrived the tiler had commenced work over the Christmas period and when opening the boxes the had noticed substantial amount of tiles were damaged. We tried calling Beaumont tiles Geelong multiple times to inform them of the damaged tiles but no one answered. We couldn't wait any longer so the tiler and I decided to rearrange the tile layout of the room so the chips would be cut or hidden in the corner. After 3 days of trying to call Beaumont tiles they finally returned my call. When i explained the situation that we had to rearrange the room due to so many damaged tiles and that i was after some reimbursements and there response was that there was nothing they could do because the tiles are on the wall. Not happy at all...

Initial tile selection was good.Nothing to over the top. But a solid 4 stars. However it was the post experience of being told my tile would not be available due to delays.They initially didn’t even know how long the delay was (due to not asking head office not supplier misinformation)After I found the tiles at another Beaumont tiles store they told me I couldn’t do store to store shipments (this turned out to be false as they encouraged me to select a cheaper tile with no compensation)Then when I found how much stock was available at other stores they could do store to store shipment but the stock I found was “already allocated”This also turned out to be false and I managed the get the stock delivered from south Australia Beaumont tiles in less than a week.Soo now they get 1 star because l had to do all the work and organise the whole lot because they did not want to spare the tinniest effort in customer service. And they lied about stock levels and shipment methods.- Update: Had head office call me saying that this was all incorrect and that the stock i got (arrived today) from South Australia, meant now 2 other customers had to have their order cancelled because it was meant to be their tiles and tried to convince me to remove my review. Well in any case my review was my experience and i want people to see that, additional if what they said is true about 2 other customers now needing to select new tiles, they deserve to have 2 more 1 star reviews.shame on you.

The Beaumont Tiles team went above and beyond helping a renovation newcomer like me with everything I needed. From colours to matching tap wearing and everything in between.Tiffany had an answer for every weird and wonderful question and I literally couldn’t have done it without her

Highly recommend Tiffany for a consultation on new build super patient and has great product knowledge and is a genuinely interested in what she does,couldnt ask for anyone better

We are building with Metricon and prior to our formal tiles appointment came in to look at colours and styles we liked as we felt a little overwhelmed. Sarah was so welcoming, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We told her what we were looking for and she patiently walked us through our options. Thank you so much!

Had a great experience, staff were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to go through a selection of tiles in depth. Large range of tiles and the warehouse staff gave insightful recommendations on what glues and grouts to use. Thank you Beaumonts for a pleasurable and not at all stressful experience
