Positive experience every step of the way. Every person I dealt with throughout the process was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything. Trevor, the installer, was professional and polite, and Chrissie in the office made sure I had everything I needed and walked me through setting up the app (she was amazingly patient). It's only early days with the system, so looking forward to learning about my usage habits and saving money.....and of course, helping reduce my environmental impact. Thanks DSolar.

I have been fortunate that my wife and I chose to work with DSolar to take advantage of the government rebate scheme. From the start we were helped to understand all the requirements, we were approved and very soon we had our installation date, the team that arrived were lead by Carl and are all very professional, polite and they quickly confirmed we understood what was happening again in the most respectful manner, when the team had finished they did a debrief of the job and it turned out that the system is so efficient that it will need to be restricted by a piece of equipment that was not with them. We breached our limit not by a lot but just enough to need the extra part.After all that information they confirmed that we are happy and fully understand. They also confirmed we were happy with how they had cleaned up after themselves before leaving.This has been a very enjoyable experience with professionals that you can tell are very efficient workers and have a great respect for each other and for you the customer from first contact to completion. Look I just want to thank the team at DSolar. My experience was seamless! From the moment I contacted the team for a quote till today, I am looked after and cared for as a respected customer. The company is well structured to my thinking, with each department well mannered, courteous and at all times helpful. They all ask if I have any questions and go the extra mile. They had trouble attaining 3kw inverter so the one they got was more expensive and they covered the cost. They kept me well informed via my preferred way of communication as necessary and not to much. The installation team headed by Robert was seamless. The guys are hard-working, respectful, clean, competent and most importantly flexible. I asked at the last minute to change location of panels and Robert immediately accepted the change with respect. What a joy. Well done to all of you at DSolar!. Highly recommended
