Particularly nice at sunset to go for a walk down beside the river. Kids can take advantage of the play equipment and there's plenty of green lawn.

Murray Bridge is a rural city of approximately 18000 people. It is located on the Murray River and its name derives from the two road and rail bridges that span the river. It is located about 70 kilometres from Adelaide, the State Capital of South Australia. Access from the east and west is via the South Eastern Freeway. The climate is hot and dry in Summer and cool in Winter. Rainfall is 357mm per year.

Don't use Sturt Reserve boat ramp !! The end of the boat ramp is missing and not maintained at all !! Our trailer dropped off the end and there was no way of getting the trailer out without the trailer getting damaged !! All four wheels weren't touching the ground and it was sitting on the boat frame with the guard stuck behind the concrete !!Counsel need to fix it or close it off !! Counsel wouldn't do anything about it so I closed it off myself to save someone else with an expensive boat and trailer costing them a fortune to get their trailer craned out !! You want get any cheaper than $600 to get it craned out so stay clear of this boat ramp !!!

Very nice pic for little picnic ground overlooking the Murray River good for day stopover no camping on the River but if you're in a unsuspicious fan that doesn't look like you're camping you can get away with it I'm Park just on the river tonight no one's bothering me very quiet noisy frogs day very nice place

Nothing much to it except it's a functional ramp. Car park there is good to use too.
