Useless. The check engine light on my brand new triton came on when I was in narrabri (about 500k from home). I spoke to narrabri service dept who said they couldnt look at it for three weeks. Their advice was drive it to Gunnedah (which is an hours drive in remote country) but also couldnt guarantee it would be covered by warranty if it broke down on the way. I wasnt comfortable driving out into remote country in a car with a mechanical fault so I ended up taking it to a local mechanic who scanned it and said error code P0713 which means overheated auto transmission. Problem is mines a manual so clearly a warranty issue. Rang the guy back at Narrabri mitsubishi to see if he would take 5 minutes out of his day to verify the fault code using mitsubishi approved diagnostic scanner and he said Nah mate. Answers still the same as it was this morning. Take it to Gunnedah." What a joke!"

Maybe this is a new business. I was keen to support a local business with a service for my Triton. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone was not able to communicate with me. Sorry.
