Slow service, and waited 40 minutes for fish and chips. For a venue whom claim to use local produce, the seafood tasted 'unpleasantly fishy.' Was not informed from the staff that Salmon was out of stock when ordering the grilled fish meal and served grilled Cod. The Potato Scallops contained no potato, and the piece of crumbed Flake was inedible.Unfortunately, we won't be returning. Don't recommend ordering or dining here from a venue who claim to use locally sourced seafood.

Best fish n chips I've had in years... Possibly best in my lifetime. Chips were crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The fish likewise had a fantastic crisp batter and was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Will definitely revisit any time I'm on the Sunshine Coast.

Found ourselves in Caloundra and feeling like fish and chips for lunch. After the disastrous fish and chips experience at the Mooloolaba Spit last weekend we were a little apprehensive. Beachview Seafoods don’t have a large range of fish to choose from but that aside it’s quite a decent fish and chips joint. The shop was clean and tidy (as were the tables) and the service was great. The chips and fish were delicious, as were the onion rings, and the serving size was huge. The banana fritter was a little disappointing (maybe they should try sprinkling a little cinnamon sugar on it while it’s still hot rather than providing a sachet of white sugar). All in all it was a great experience and the view across the road was excellent. We will be back.

Best fish & chips ever! Prawn cutlets were to die for, calamari was just as good. So fresh and cooked to perfection! Will be our go to spot when we come back to visit!

Calamari is delicious and the sea scallops are tasty. The grilled Barra is a must if gluten-free. Eaten there many times even when busy it’s worth the wait. Salads are basic but fresh and nice.

We have been visiting for many years, but today was next level delicious. Fish and chips were crunchy, well cooked and the tastiest we’ve ever had. What ever you have changed to make it extra… don’t stop
