Our table cover printed with our logo arrived on time before our big event and it looks AMAZING!!! We are so thrilled with it. Thanks Aaron and team for a speedy and excellent finished product. We also bought our marquee from them about 6 months ago. The marquee is extremely strong and withstanding all the elements which is of utmost importance. The service was excellent. Everything was completed smoothly, efficiently and on time by friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have ordered 2 Canopy's both for business purposes, great quality, durable and can handle any type of weather. I needed my second one in a rush with printing and they delivered in a weeks notice, I was quite impressed! To top it off I experienced great customer service from Aaron. Canopy Outdoor provided fantastic customer service and really understands the requirement for community organisations to ensure funding is available through whichever source. We were provided a grant, which took a while for it be lodged, approval came quickly. In the meantime, we worked with the Canopy Outdoors people to ensure our design was ready to go as soon as the grant was provided. We couldn't ask for better service and support. Unfortunately we haven't been able to use our new marquees due to lack of events.

We ordered a 6x3m marquee for our Venturer Scout Unit, paid for by a local council grant. CO were excellent to deal with, from the initial quote, to waiting six months for the grant to be approved, through the artwork stages and right to delivery. Their communication has been excellent, patient and commendable. The end product is stunning. I would definitely be buying any future purchases through these guys.

When they make a promise, they deliver! I placed an order for a personalised marquee with them a couple of months ago and there was something in my order not as I wanted. After a long search for a competitive price for our budget (after receiving a Grant!) it was both the customer service and location of Canopy Outdoor that lead to me placing an order. Bec and the team were fantastic, listened to my needs and limitations and worked with me to produce a solution that worked.In addition I was able to borrow one of their quality marquees for the weekend before ours was ready for a community event - for free! This allowed us to use one of their top of the range marquees, and confirmed that we had made the right choice.We have used our new marquee several times since picking it up and it has been easy to setup and pull down. We've had a number of events with the new Circulex tent and even after several days standing out in strong overnight winds at a festival, it held up perfectly. The team was always helpful to work with, making suggestions and ultimately, our custom artwork on the top and valences get positive comments every time.
