Rustic Spirit

Wow what an amazing Easter long weekend. The hosts are absolutely gorgeous and make you feel right at home. Breakfasts are a lovely treat and makes the weekend feel a little bit fancy as you get the order off the menu and the setting is stunning. Honey the resident dog is such a beautiful girl. Our puppy Choko absolutley loves her as did we. The accomodation is rustic style but also feels luxurious. We stayed in 2 doors as it was the last one left however it was very plush and would really suit any guest configuration. We also arranged dinner one night which we really enjoyed. The choice of entree main and dessert were on offer. Thank you for such an amazing holiday, we truely left feeling fresh and recharged.

Such a tranquil and beautiful reprieve from city life. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying the sunshine on our porch. The hosts were absolutely wonderful in terms of communication and flexibility, and their dog is equally friendly! Great location for nearby wedding venues. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Fantastic place in the middle of the blue mountains. Loved the cottage we stayed in and all the mod cons we needed for our weekend away.Our room had a spar bath that was a nice surprise. They also provide a daily breakfast which was nice. Would happily visit again.

Our stay was everything we had expected. Each self contained cottage overlooks bush land with a very relaxing homely feel. Sitting by the fire enjoying the noises of the bush was the perfect escape from Sydney.Marianne and Adrian are wonderful hosts. Friendly, relaxed and welcoming they make you feel at home whilst also giving you the space and seclusion to enjoy the cottage in privacy.

Great weekend at Rustic Spirit. Pure relaxation, the breakfast was a highlight and so fresh. Lovely to wake up to the sound of wildlife. We brought our dog and enjoyed the wood burner and spa bath. We had a bit of trouble getting the oven started which was our own fault but it was very much appreciated when Marianne came out late in the evening to help us get it going. We will be back!

My favourite place on the mountain. Every time we visit we are greeted with such genuine warmth, and nothing we ever ask is too much trouble. The cabins are well equipped with a fireplace and spa bath, plus everything you need for a relaxing weekend away from the city. Home cooking in the main guesthouse is simple and delicious, it's such a treat to be served a meal made with local produce and served with a smile. Marianne is such a great host. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful,Peaceful and Romantic Place to Stay.Fantastic Food and Fantastic accommodation .The Hosts were very Friendly. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.We loved our room and the peace and service.Our Flint Hill cottage was very very nice with everything all required amenities. The spa bath was excellent decorated with candlelight. WOW experience

What a wonderful weekend at Rustic Spirit! The cabin was so relaxing and peaceful, the fire so hearty, the b&b breakfast absolutely delicious, and it was so great to have a digi detox for the weekend in nature.Marianne and Adrien were lovely and so welcoming. What a beautiful and serene place. We immersed ourselves in nature and took time to just be. Away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We can’t wait to come back. The hosts were lovely and accommodating and breakfast was delicious.

The perfect location for a tranquil and romantic getaway. As earlier commenters have noted, me and my partner felt like we were the only two people for miles around. During the day, lorrikeets and other native birds were more than happy to visit, and at night we spied possums and even a wombat.The Flint Hill cottage was very nicely fitted out, with everything one would need for a romantic retreat (even hot chocolate). The spa bath was excellent, even more so when illuminated by candlelight. The bed was most comfortable, and it was wonderful to curl up in front of the fire.We also enjoyed a delicious and generous breakfast hamper, replete with half a dozen eggs, bacon and sausages. Highly recommended.
