BEWARE...Very disappointed in this shop... I bought a $200 pair of shoes in a rush as I had to travel out of the country to a funeral...told the sales person I didn't need the box as it was going in a suitcase. At home while packing and trying the shoes on once more, I found the left shoe was too small but the right shoe fit! I never wore the shoes, and kept the receipt. On my return to Alice, I brought the shoes in for a return or exchange. I was told by the manager" I could not return the shoes without the box. I could not exchange or return the shoes. I was told they didn't have a "second thought" policy even though I was attempting to exchange the shoes for the right size. This is not a good way to do business or treat customers"

I used to get these work shoes in a size 8 1/2 but they stopped making half sizes. The owner took my number said she would keep an eye out for them. That was over a year ago. She sent me a message on Friday and she found my size and has 1 pair for me. How amazing is that! I’d completely forgotten about it and didn’t really need another pair of shoes but how could I say no.Such a great business ❤️
