Rachelle Hayes Therapeutic Relaxation & Thai Massage

I have the absolute pleasure of taking a weekly stretch and strengthen class with Rachelle as teacher. Last week i asked Rachelle to help me as i had neck pain and she obliged after the class. AMAZING....i am fixed....ive gone from the pure agony of a pinched nerve to being back to normal....I highly recommend Rachelle and her highly skilled hands.
