Very good service

I had a worse experience dealing with this agency.They they never see you at yourScheduled time and make you wait 20-30 every time you visit, and for any reason if you arrive later they keep you waiting for more that 60 minutes.Yesterday I was running late, when I arrived (not later than 15 minutes from my schedule) as alway they talk to me rudely, and made me feel absolutely horrible.I made me feel that its my fault that they’re having a bad day. they behaviour was absolutely intimidating, disrespectful and rude left me in tears all day.They forcing they clients to apply for jobs that not only related to their qualifications or preference.Time and time they pushed me to apply and get jobs that aren’t suitable for me.Dear everyone If you faced any form of misconduct from Staff any staff at “Matchworks Dandenong”including Bullying, discrimination and any form of emotional and power abuse please- report to department of Employment, because this is not ok.

I have done much in regards to JNS however I have been linked up with MatchWorks in dandenong and there services, atmosphere and the approach taken from there staff is open and flexible.Great team down there

Had the worst, I mean the worst, emp service provider interaction, in Jan 2020, when my so called, case worker" woman was "hell bent" towards

the people who work there are very rude, aggressive and have the most disgusting behavior with my sister. THE WORST AGENCY EVER!!!!
