Took van in to look at an issue and parts were supposedly ordered. Find out 10 weeks later that parts were never ordered, and he now refuses to fix the van at all - blaming Jayco for their lack of support.

Insurance job to replace AwningTook Van to get Insurance quote, they did all the paper work and photos. once approved they promptly ordered the new awning. contacted me when arrived for a time for fitting.listened to my question before fitting,great professional job. highly recommended

Bloke seems to focus on the negative rather than helping you solve your problems. Doesn't communicate all that well. I've always found the work adequate. Had quite a bit of work done over the last few years. Doesn't know how to speak to customers and will explode if you question or suggest things. Will try to find an alternate repairer if I can.

Took our injured van for an insurance assessment, the owners did a fantastic job of photographing and documenting the damage and explaining what would be done. Unfortunately due to no fault of the owners we are still waiting on our insurance quote as they cannot find a replacement spatt. Hopefully there will be an alternative remedy soon.

Thoroughly let down!Six months after my 1st visit nothing had been done. A month and a half after 1st taking the van in the insurance company received their quote. Four months after acceptance and after patiently waiting I went to their premises and queried them and their contractor (making the box for the back of my motorhome) to establish that absolutely nothing had been done.I felt absolutely led astray meanwhile water was getting into my motorhome during heavy summer rains. I now have a date for repairs from other repairer.
