Twin Dolphins Holiday Park

My husband and I stayed two weeks ago. The cabin was so clean. Just amazing. I’ve seen 5 star apartment not half as clean as this. Outstanding. I only have one small complaint.. I think the lady who takes the bookings needs retraining. Just a bit curt. ! But truely lovely park. So very peaceful. Everything set out lovely. It is a credit to the owners.

Stayed in a recently renovated 2 bedroom that was neat and tidy. Space is limited but ok for a shorter stay and price paid is fair. Bed wasn't the best but slept on worse. Full sized fridge and air-conditioning.Park has a good pool that is well maintained, good condition jumping pillow and decent kids outdoor playground. Park grounds need some TLC as there are a fair few potholes and stones about.Location is about 1.5km from main street of Tuncurry in a quite area which suited us fine. Easy and flat walk into town a a little further gets you over the bridge to Forster for more shopping/dining options.Where the park is let down is the customer service. We never had any major issues or complaints but check in and out was not warm or friendly. Staff don't appear happy, no smiles or friendly chat. Several times we could hear them arguing about things. The vibe just wasn't great. Maybe they are having a bad patch or some serious troubles effecting them. Maybe they just don't love what they do.We still had a nice 3 night stay but would choose a different park on next visit to the area.

Great park. Beautiful pool and camp kitchen, new amenities and great sites. Friendly staff! This is our second stay here and we love it. Close to beaches and the main hub of Forster but also tucked away quietly. There’s some great slab sites and also some lovely huge grassed sites. The grassed sites can get a bit mushy in wet weather due to how thick and spongy the grass is but when it’s good weather those sites are superb. The concrete slab sites are spacious and level also. Friendly kookaburras and the park is also dog friendly.

Lovely quiet holiday park tucked away.Spent a week here for our holiday and it rained the whole time unfortunately so had to make the most of it.Pool is open until 8pm, jumping pillow which is under cover is directly across from it and over looking them both is the bbq area which is very nice, can hire go carts which my kids loved and also annoyed the staff to help them when they got stuckOther than heading to The tuncurry rockpool you don't really need to leave the holiday park.at night you'll get little possum friends while during the day the birds are visiting.I didn't want to leave!

Very quiet park, caravan sites are big, amenities are clean and sighted in centre of site area. A short drive to Tuncurry and Forster.

The cabin we stayed in was very new. Very clean and roomy. The cabins and concrete slab sites for caravans are not in the most picturesque part of the park. I would highly recommend that if you have a caravan to ask for a grassy sites down the back under the shade of the palm trees ( away from all the permanents) it's beautiful down there, clean amenities, lots of Kookaburras.

My first time here and we stayed at the Twin dolphins knowing nothing's except its in Tuncurry and the staff are friendly and answer calls promptly. It was a fabulous experience, so close to the shoos, the beach, the rockpool, Lovely friendly staff, the Kookooburra cabin we stayed in was lovely, near and clean with all the amenities we needed. The pool was lovely..very good for kids and the outdoor BBQ are was simply superb we had so many group BBQ and breakfasts there. We had thr best time, will definitely come back

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Stayed in koala cabin 2, which is great for a weekend stay, no balcony due to studio room. Did have a picnic table outside to share. Very clean and a good size bathroom, I have had smaller. Pool was crystal clear, jumpy and park for kids. Short drive to woolworths and beach. Very quiet will definitely go back again.
