The customer service of this branch is impeccable! Brielle, together with her workshop manager and team, went above and beyond standard customer service when dealing with an issue with my Dmax. I am more than impressed with their professionalism and persistence in dealing with me and my issue. Highly recommended for anything 4WD!!

I have far too much to say about this company. I have really been let down, stuffed around, ripped off and given poor advice.If you're looking for 4x4 accessories, I would take your business elsewhere.I can however say that the mechanical work that was done on my vehicle was done well.Let down by the administration staff and customer service.

The team at TJM is amazing. My family and I are doing a lap of Australia and all of a sudden my compressor started playing up soon as we got to Jurien Bay. I came into the store to get some ideas what the issue is once we got to Perth. The team was quick to have a look and got me sorted really quickly.Thank you for your prompt and helpful support guys.

Great shop, clean, tidy and even better service.Nic Mugford done his best to help me find what I needed explained in detail how to fit the item and even offered best price without me asking.Great also the return policy, if it doesn’t fit or work, bring it back and you get refunded.Also no pressure of buying like in some other retail stores.Will definitely go back and support this local business.

Poor customer service. Disinterested, theiving business. Were good in the past, but nowadays wouldn't trust them.Won't fix a warranty concern due to their mistake. Disgusting business practice.Avoid like the plague.

I am so impressed. These guys offer an exceptional level of service and the warranty offered on the shocks is oustanding.One of my rear shocks had an issue at 290 000kms, way past anyone elses warranty period.From the moment i contacted them the service was helpful, friendly and easy. The next day I simply drove my vehicle in and they swapped out the shock in 30mins.Phenomenal service, very impressed. Really highlights the difference between buying online and having a local store with local people that back their product.

Worst experience ever. Put the wrong springs on my car and rough as guts fkd my struts too I have now had to have new springs and struts! Complained and they did nothing even tried to rip me off! Don't take your 4wd here!

Purchased items at the 4WD show, items came to store in specified time and staff had them ready to go for pickup. Got a courtesy call saying they were ready. All items in good working order and no damage to packaging. Awesome!

So far, nothing to complain about. Lovely, well stocked showroom that enables you to touch and feel the products before purchase. Staff have been great on all visits so far.
