Do not work for this company!!! They failed to pay us the money that was owed, and now ignore our phone calls and messages. The most dishonest company we have ever had the displeasure to work for. Do yourself a favour and stay clear.

I had Bianca and her team come and do a deep clean of my grandmothers property. They arrived on time and did an amazing job. Took a lot of stress off us. We have already rebooked for monthly cleans. Great job guys we know how tough things have been for businesses lately but the team was awesome and cheerful.

Very unprofessional and not trustworthy.Be careful.We do not recommend doing work for them. We rushed to complete the job for them as they required urgency and they have not paid their bill 2 months on. They provided misleading information on their work order, using another companies details as reference, when it was no affiliation to them. After numerous attempts to contact Kemp Property Services, and been given the run around of excuses, they are now not communicating. Very disrespectful and dishonest service, especially within our small community.I like to deal with issues directly but Ive had to resort to writing a negative review as they are no longer communicating.Shame on you Bianca and Jessie.

We used this company for a bond clean as they were recommended by our real estate agent. It took a total of four days to complete, and caused a tremendous amount of stress. Originally the clean was scheduled for 7am, which they then changed to 9.30am on morning of. We waited at the house for them to arrive at 9.30, and didn't receive a call until 10.20. They turned up 2 hours later at 11.30 - just walked into the house without acknowledging anyone in the home or introducing themselves. Very rude, with no interpersonal skills. We left them to do the job and were not informed when the job was completed.I had asked for 3 rooms plus a rug to be steam cleaned and after going back to the house in the evening, we discovered they had stolen the lounge rug and not steam cleaned the carpets. The house was not cleaned with the walls, window sills, kitchen cupboards etc still dirty. After calling them to question where the rug was, the cleaners were so casual about taking it, and had the audacity to ask if I wanted it back. I then had to spend the next few days contacting them to fix up the job, return the rug and finish the carpet clean, which ended up being done the day the new tenants moved in.It was definitely not worth the effort nor the price, so we will not be using them again or recommending this service to anyone.

Thanks Bianca and KPS team. We had to do a very large estate clean up. Fantastic team. Professional caring compassionate and dedicated. Blew my mind with how much KPS achieved in a day. Best quote. Best people. Best attitude and understanding. Would rebook KPS in an instant. Thanks Bianca. Job very well done.

KPS Cleaners employed our company to do some painting work they were contracted to do through an insurance agency. After the work was done, they refused to pay us, lead us on about pay times and very likely took the money for themselves. This left some of our painters out of pocket in the thousands and we have had to deal with the fallback. We are currently taking them to court

Please don’t hire this company for your cleaning. Otherwise they will clean your pocket but not your place. We worked for them they didn’t pay me. No reply from Bianca. It is really a scam or dodgy people’s business. Unprofessional liars what not.

KPS Cleaners clean our clinic. We are very happy with their work and have had the same cleaning team for 3 years which we like because they know how we like it cleaned. Bianca and Daniel have helped through Covid to make sure the clinic is not just clean, but safe also.

I have used KPS Cleaners for both office clean (still using) and for a bond clean on my previous home. The administration (Bianca) was amazing with organising everything and is always happy to answer any questions.The cleaning team are great and nothing is ever too hard! Our office cleaners have been cleaning the office for 2 years, same cleaners.I couldn't rate this company more!
