Deanne (Dee) makes one of the best coffees I have ever had. Along with the great coffee, she is always full of smiles and up for a good chat, making the start of my day or end of my day so much better. Always a great experience when I come in.

Discrimination and rude staff was all we came across at this bp. We were willing to pay for a shower but they refused because we didn't drive a truck. There was no remorce from the boss as she sent us away with a handicapped child who needed a shower because he had a hospital visit. Absolutely pathetic.

I tried to use the BPme app to pay but it wasn’t unlocking the pump. When I went in I was told the “app was down” but there was no issue with the app… it just wasn’t working on their end. Not the first time I’ve had this issue at this station. Also to pumps here are very sloooow.

Nothing wrong with the truck stop that I could see. But it is ruined by having to sit in a queue for half an hour to get out and back on the motorway.

I often stop here to fill up however Friday was my last time. The service in the past has always been below average however Kerri H who served me behind the counter on Friday was the rudest customer service rep I have ever experienced! I wanted to collect points on my QF card and the way she handled this,was rude and she started yelling and then walked off. Another attendant witnessed this rudeness ( she was extremely polite) and fetched the Manager. Well the manager didn’t really seem interested in my complaint and although he took my phone no. He is yet to call me back

Customer service here is terrible !! Staff need retraining on how ro treat customers and serve them politely and respectfully or hire people that actually care about thier job and will respect thier customers I can do a better job then some of the staff currently at this location
