Amazing service! My friend’s dress zipper broke just before leaving for her 21st birthday. We called up, came down straight away and the seamstress fixed it all up in 10 minutes. She was absolutely beautiful and a true life saver. 1000/10 would recommend Northgate laundromat!

24/7 laundromat doesn't have detergent, need to BYO, no signage regarding this, machines are dirty, half the dryers were broken, washers need coins and there is no coin machine there.

Unreliable with delivery time (was 1.5 weeks later than initially promised) and very poor communication (called multiple times, no response from text replies). In the end I still received no notification or updates of my dry cleaning and had to show up in person to see what was happening. Was told ‘they forgot to call’ despite me calling multiple times to ask about the status. Extremely disappointing and waste of time.

First time to do business with them but I'm extremely disappointed. Didn't deliver on promised time. Went back twice as promised but still wasn't done. The deal was 3 clothes for the quoted price ($29.95) but then when I was collecting it, she said that the 3rd piece was mistakenly quoted and I had to pay an extra...It was a very bad experience and the quality wasn't even that good at all. Will definitely not going back.

This laundromat is very poorly maintained. Half the machines dont work or are full of old washing powder and the floors are always filthy.

Worst dry cleaners, had a top dry cleaned and they had lost it been trying to contact them for 4 weeks with no response by phone and going into the shop but is never there. No apology was given. Never going to use them again

Every Saturday I pop in to see Sam to drop in my work shirts and always have a friendly chat about how our respective weeks have been. My shirts are always neatly ironed and ready to go. We also had our curtains dry cleaned when we moved and the service was excellent.
