Whilst other customer service reps were all great. Nicole gets all the glory. Her patience and thoroughness won the day. She is absolutely fantastic!

So far so good. Test will be in the speed. But kudos to Joshuah in customer service who was incredibly helpful with setting up our BYO modem.

Good experience from getting fibre to the premises connected from the NBN to talking me through setting up the modem. My only complaints are 1. I was sent an email from Swoop to say my service was ready to set up and instructions about how to do that were in a previous email (it hadn’t been sent, wasn’t in junk etc): 2. I spent an hour on hold waiting for someone to help me set the service up. Once I got through though the service was helpful and fast.

Swoop the Australian internet provider.... I am loving my new modem, its quick, fast & reliable .No problems when you need help.Australians, man the phones at Swoop. Thanks guys well done. Keep up the good internet & service.

Sacha provided a friendly, patient and thorough service that resolved our internet problem. Our call cut out at one stage and he called immediately back and continued his service. He encouraged me to not hesitate to make further contact if the problem or any problem occurred again. Thanks again Sacha.

Had a recent experience with my Internet..was put through to Melissa....She was so thorough in investigating possible causes and did not stop till she found a possible solution and even a back up plan if it did not work...even followed through with an appointment for an NBN technician to come out to investigate..Cannot praise enough to Melissa for her real attention to detail & thorough conviction to get this matter resolved on my behalf!!! (which it was all cleared up the next day!)Looove Node One and support service.Highly recommended!! THANK YOU MELISSA!!! (someone give this girl a raise!!)

I joined Swoop or (Node1 as advertised)and after installing a small dish on the roof for their wireless transmission it was up and running in approx one week.Speed was better than advertised which was a suprise so no complaints there, i just wished setting up their E-mail was just as easy.

Swoop treated my wife and I appallingly when their service failed completely in the week before May 6, after months of drop outs and the purchase of a $160 modem in a futile attempt to restore service. On being advised that I would be absent overseas from May 16 to June 9, and that my 88-year-old wife was dependent on the internet for her banking and health related services, I was assured technicians would deal with it, no action was taken to restore service throughout the whole period and it was not until I returned and again contacted Swoop that I received an apology. In the meantime, I had paid another bill for a month in which no service was provided. Consequently I have cancelled my account with them. The fault did not rest with those answering my calls, but those responsible for follow-up.
