Awesome product range, bought my cat from here and all products I've ever needed too. My very large dog also loves the chew toys that are just as tough as she is. I love the dog wash and puppy preschool classes which means I get to meet and if I'm lucky pat some gorgeous dogs and puppies. My son and I love to chill out in the Zen fish section. Impossible to not leave feeling both energised and relaxed all at once and we can't wipe the smiles from our faces! Find myself making excuses to just pop in for a sec!""

Team are always very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist with purchase. Store is always clean and well organised. So much to offer for so many pets. Pets welcome and Team are even intent on cleaning up any messes the fur babies might leave behind in store.

Exceptional and friendly staff, I am greeted as I enter the store. I bring my boys here for grooming, and the staff have never let me down, but it pays to book ahead as they are busy.

We signed up for puppy school here after meeting Georgia on a supply run. She is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We are confident in her skills and look forward to taking our little pup in again!

I was thrilled with the service I received here. They knew the history and personalities of the cats up for adoption from the RSPCA. They could easily recommend products and services. And even went about explaining what came with a kitten adoption and how we could utilize the vouchers the save the most money overall. All the staff were fantastic and I highly recommend this store.

Just wanted to leave a review for the grooming service. I noticed that I couldn’t book my dog in for months online because they are so busy, left them a message, they got back to me quickly yesterday morning, and then managed to fit my dog in that day! They did an amazing job on him and the pricing was so good! It’s not my first time using them, I’ve always had good experiences with them, and yesterday just confirms this again! Thanks guys! I was always nervous to get my golden groomed after a bad experience elsewhere but no longer have that anxiety after going to Petbarn jindalee.

Appears understaffed for weekend trade volumes. Staff are friendly enough. Great if you know exactly what you're after, but be prepared for a wait if you require assistance due to understaffing

Brought my dog in to use the self washing facilities as a first time user. Asked the service staff for $5 in change as I won't need the wash bay for long. Was explained to me that it is a minimum $10 charge which seems more like a blatant cash grab at a time when people are struggling.Wash bays for vehicles and other dog wash bays give you the option to pay by the minute/minute and a half etc. giving you the ability to choose as little or as much services to pay for depending on how much coins you feed in. Petbarn does not give you this option.As I assumed, I was completely finished with 6 minutes remaining. Which was left on the machine.Total waste of money, I won't be back
