Excellent service. Received a wonderfully comprehensive quote for the damage repairs to my Honda Civic Hatch 2013 within 2 hours of their initial assessment, which they stayed 100% true to in their invoice. Very helpful and friendly customer service all along the way. Car returned in mint condition. A very good experience. I would highly recommend Lacey's service. :)

Great experience. Helpful friendly staff through a bit of a complicated quote and repair process.. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person (several different staff) from initial quote enquiry to final booking, repair and pick up was friendly, considerate and went above and beyond. Fair, honest, reasonable dealings which was obvious from getting 3 quotes for the same repair. Car looks great and they knocked out a few extra dints too. Also managed to fit me in for both quotes and repairs despite being busy, and were super helpful and flexible. My first experience was walking in to the office and waiting while one of the guys was extremely polite and patient with a clearly difficult customer on the phone. Ended today with picking up the car with the assistance of lovely helpful staff. From start to finish it was a great experience. Thanks team!

I am very happy with the work that was done from Lacey Panels workshop on my Holden VE SSV my car had been fully destroyed, and Lacey Panels had brought my car back to life. Not only does my car look brand-new again the staff that had worked on my car has done an amazing job. I could not fault one thing to the office people‘s Stevie and Heath couldn’t thank them enough for making things so easy for me by organising a loan car to updating me every so often letting me know when and how long until I get my car back The experience was so good as I’ve never had to do a claim before, as this was my first ever claiming and I wouldn’t of known where to start. If anything was to ever happen to one of my cars ever again I will definitely be using Lacey Panels workshop and for me, I would recommend friends and family big ups to Lacey Panel workshop
