I cant contain my disappointment going to the florist and to be told they don not arrange flowers for you in a bouquet .Felt like going to the cake shop and been given sponge and ganache to assemble myself as cake shop doesn't put cake together.If you are to attract and keep your customers coming you need to improve your customer services"
