I highly recommend Amanda if you are doing laser at the Robina clinic. I’ve been doing laser (full legs, Brazilian and under arms) for 2 years or so in this clinic, and no other beautician has gone through the whole appointment in such detailed and attention. She even cleaned my legs after the laser! Which no one has done before. Her attention to detail and professionalism was lovely and make such a difference to the customer service honestly. Thanks Amanda you are doing amazing job!

Hi there,I haven’t received laser from your clinic for a period of time, and after many disorganisation experiences with the Clinic before and my comfortable staff member resigning from the clinic, I was hesitant to come back. I was contacted about purchased laser hair removal sessions that I had left and as the lady on the phone explained that a lady named ‘Amanda’ was very good and that I could trust her to work on me, I tried to not have doubts on the appointment.I arrived at the clinic for my session with Amanda’ in which everything was fine until I was told that the laser would not work as I had small missed patches of hair on my body. I had shaved this morning for the appointment (full legs, Brazilian and underarms) and I live nearly 2 hours away from the clinic now and I did not want to have to rebook. I was told that I can still have the session but was not going to be fully laserd, and laser session are very expensive and I was concerned that i was not going to have a full session that I paid for. I was told there was nothing else she could do for me, andAfter beginning to become anxious and wanting to hop off the chair to put my clothes back on, she lately mentions that she does have razors and she could shave off the missed areas.When she began to shave the patches, she made heavy noticeable sighs when requesting for me to either turn over or move. I felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed asI could easily see the areas she pointed out that had the patches, she wasn’t shaving. When receiving the laser I was very rushed, I could feel areas that she had gone over multiple times and not lazered over many spots especially in my Brazilian area.I felt extremely uncomfortable and that I was a burden of a customer to work on so I wasn’t given a full laser treatment.As I left the Clinic I was not acknowledged by her nor any attempt to ask if everything was alright or if I was interested in rebooking, but another staff member had to step in and ask as I thanked them and was walking out the door.I am very disappointed in your employees service as well as the Clinic as I have not had a positive experience when dealing with your company except for your previous employee who sadly was your only respectable staff member.I hope that your multiples of negative reviews are used as examples of what not to do and prevent poor customer service as this is a reoccurring matter with your staff.I trust this is not the way Clear Skincare Clinic wishes to conduct business with valued customers.I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn how you propose to prevent similar situations from occurring

Had a package that I had been using at another clinic for laser hair removal on my legs. First time visiting Robina and I won't be coming back. Isabel basically zoomed through the entire thing in a quarter of the normal time. I've had enough laser sessions now to know that large chunks would have been missed. I raised with her and she dismissed my comment saying she would make a note on the file. Also left me with the block out eye mask for the whole thing. Possibly a tactic so I didn't notice how fast she was going or the sections she was missing. Had a good experience at other clear skin clinics so this is very disappointing.

Amazing treatment.Had laser done by Indy, she was super quick and gave me plenty of reassurance.I also had a facial done which was super relaxing.Will be booking in again for sure :)

Poor customer service, lack of knowledge of their service, staff changing a lotAnd today they told me there is policy that you can’t bring your children in the clinic. I understand you can’t bring them into the rooms.. but doesn’t make sense they are just sitting at reception chair..

I had my anti-wrinkle done with nurse Michelle recently and got great results. She really cares and is so precise at what she does. I couldn’t recommend her more. Prices are reasonable too!

I first came to this clinic with some friends. The customer service was great on our first visit. We were all pretty keen to continue with laser treatments there so we brought some treatment packages. After that first visit, the next 3 appointments were not pleasant. I felt like staff did not care whether or not my treatment was working. Some of the staff were rude to myself and friends. They sold me product that was half empty. My treatment outcomes were very patchy. My friends have had similar experiences too.I kept going as I wanted to finish my treatment package but was considering leaving for another laser clinic once it had finished. This was until I met a staff member who made an absolute difference to my treatment. I won't name her but I felt like she cared about my progress, really knew what she was doing and always made me feel welcome. 5 star rating for her!! Great attitude and customer service.

I’m so happy I found this clinic. The therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. I always feel I’m being well looked after. My skin has improved significantly since I started the treatments. I can trust the girls to have my best interest at heart and always find the right treatment that suits me. Highly recommend.
