fantastic family builder. always responsive to emails and calls. I get updates almost weekly, if not when I call, they are always helpful to answer. will definitely recommend to family and friends.

For so many mornings now we've been subject to unreasonably loud music, screaming and yelling and even power tools used outside of permitted hours. Having raised a noise complaint on a previous occasion with the site manager, to no effect, it's clear they simply don't care. If you build with this mob, expect your neighbours to hate you.

Horrible expeirience. Signed 2k deposit to hold the price of our house last year 2021. Sales person told us once our land titles then they should be able to get to site (even telling us its better to build first on your street)Turns out they can't build until end of 2023. Can't commit to their price lock. And worst of all communication is very one sided. Only will reply back if they want something from you. Also lied about our area being in BAL zone.Sales person will convince you to pay the 2k deposit to hold the price. Once paid, wait for the number of extra costs come to the build. Most of all it will take a very long time building your house. I understand TVH is a smaller building business than other volume builders and I'm all for supporting local businesses. But the least they can do is tell their clients the truth in the costs and how long it will take to build.We ended up going with a bigger and more reputable builder and our house has already commenced.I guess TVH is making their money with all the non refundable deposits they have convinced vulnerable clients like ourselves. Shame on us for trusting in TVH. Imagine if we actually signed the actual building contract, glad we didn't. We will continue to NOT recommend ypur company to our family and friends.Thanks for nothing

TVH recently handed over our home (Olivia 22) and the end product is very nice. The house is very beautiful and work is greatInitial consultation with Peter was the reason we chose TVH as he went above and beyond for us. Tina was very nice ti deal with. There was no issues in terms of build but customer service was the let down. Kim was not very nice to deal with as she was quite rude and seems to hate any questions being asked of her. And a horrible experience during the handover as their tradie,Jason would make you feel horrible for a comment made in one of their FB discussion groups that was apparently made for Anyone who has built with or planning to build with TVH to discuss their issues

A special mention to Tina & Kim who went above and beyond to help us start our amazing journey as first home buyers.We decided to go with the gorgeously designed Kimberly with rear master.I highly recommend this family owned builder as the little things as well as the big things matter.

The best decision we made to choose TVH as our builder.Our construction work just started recently.We are highly impressed with their customer service. I want to specially mention about Leisa.She is very supportive and helpful.Not only her, Jason, Tina, Iva,Kim everyone we have dealt with, they are very helpful.

Our entire build process with True Value Homes exceeded our expectations. The entire team made themselves accessible at a moments notice and easily assisted us with any questions we had during the entire process.Customising our home was no problem and the team went out of their way to ensure everything was fantastic. We were kept continually updated with emails, photos and phone calls when required between site inspections. Special thanks to Rob, our Site Supervisor who ensured everything was delivered to the highest standard. The build progressed smoothly and other people that saw our home being built have all commented about the high standard of quality and finish delivered by all trades involved. We highly recommend True Value Homes to our family and friends and would have no hesitation in building our next home with True Value. It is fantastic to see a local, family owned and operated business go above and beyond and maintain this level as the only acceptable standard!

Decided to entrust ‘True Value Homes’ to make my home ownership dream a reality. I have my colours appointment next week and so far the team at TVH have been nothing less than incredible. So far, they have been extremely accommodating to my budget and requirements as a first home buyer! I would also like to give a special thanks to Maddy who has went above and beyond to get the build over the line. Not only did she never hesitate to explain and simplify what is at first glance a daunting process, she also worked extensively to help me secure a stellar deal on the land. From start to finish she has been absolutely sensational. I would highly recommend Maddy to any family and friends looking to build their home.

Very disappointed. I had a quote with them and then they returned the deposit because they were unable to build. Understandable. I asked the lady who called me for the reason. Very rudely she said I should be aware of the current market. Did not ask me if I wanted the new quote or anything. Very very disappointing.
