Purchased a $1 coffee, $1 tea and sausage roll, total $8.00Rather than listening to your hip hop, you could have better being served by doing your job.The sausage roll has caused many health issues all day. Worst still, went through far too many hoops to report to Qld health.Now reported in detail, hopefully they will do there job and fully investigate.Bring back health inspectors!

The drive way is always blocked by mostly unregistered cars by the mechanical workshop, causing a hazard everytme u visit this 7 eleven

Employee didn't scan my fuel and claimed he did, I ended up paying full price. When I asked him what is he gonna do about it to remedy the situation because he messed up, he just said 'oh you need to contact the support team'. So he messed up and I'm the one who has to fix his mistake.

'experienced' attendant was unaware of current 7-11 promotion. I pulled up website on my phone to show him, and he argued with incorrect information. He also was keeping old 'freshly delivered daily' stock on shelves whilst restocking.I visited another store that was further away. Received correct information in great detail, and was made aware that previous fresh stock should be discarded.Absolutely disgusted in this employees mannerisms and behaviours.

I believe this may be a one off experience but the man on tonight…..( with a new lady staff member to help him)Was as rude as rude can be.I simply asked for the two Schweppes drinks for $6.50 ( great offer), he couldn’t seem to find the raspberry one but also could not understand what I meant by the word Schweppes either.After much patient explaining and him looking twice I asked if I could speak to the lady.He said she’s new.I responded that’s ok, she may be able to help understand what I’m trying to ask.I’m no way was my intention offensive but gosh he got offended and for no needed reason.He proceeded to ignore me and told the lady not to come over and what ever else he said was not good as the look on the poor lady’s face was upsetting even to me.This guy was judgemental , assumed me to have wrong intent then ignored me as if I wasn’t even there.Extremely rude and ignorant to say the very least.Can’t wait to speak to management tomorrow.First ever experience like that there.

Worst customer service from the skinny white dude this morning, rude to the customer before me and myself. Not the first time and I shared my thoughts; he's in the wrong industry.

How poor Ur service is... I got a card with me and I just came to get a 1$ coffee. I didn't knew you only accepting cash. It was just $1 coffee lol Ur Tonga guy staff should have given it free. It's not my problem Ur card payement not working.. Indian staff was much better.

If there was no stars I would of gave you that went in no sandwich no donuts no pie so I bought a sausage roll. Soon as I got out of the store I ate it and it was so cold inside. Don’t put it out for sale if it’s not ready. Another thing I only just found out my neighbour had water in the fuel tank after filling up from there. DO NOT FILL FROM THERE.
