Absolutely brilliant service. We needed a place to store baggage after checking out of accommodation and not flying out until that evening. We dropped off our bags and then ferried across for an awesome day at Taronga Zoo. CBD storage is convenient and well-priced and staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Terrific service - a super friendly and easy to get along with fella' running the desk. He was happy to help direct us over the phone when we got helplessly lost trying to find the office/desk, gave us some great lunch and exploring recommendations, and made the whole transaction an extremely smooth process.Totally recommend CBD Storage if you want to explore Sydney and lose that pesky luggage bag!

Not an automated system and 1 person running up and down the lifts to unlock lockers for each customer. Do not recommend as an easy daily drop off for suitcases.

I landed in Sydney early in the morning and couldn't check into my accommodations until late afternoon. This was a great, reasonably priced place to drop my luggage for the day so I could enjoy my day walking around the city without all my bags! The people who work there were very friendly and helped to answer other questions I had. I would definitely recommend to travellers!!

Without a doubt the best storage company I have ever used. During a difficult time in the pandemic the management went above and beyond to get our luggage back to us. Prompt and friendly replies every time and made everything so much easier for us. 100% would recommend to everyone !

This place was a great choice for me to leave my luggage whilst I spent my last day exploring the CBD before leaving for the airport. Follow the published directions and the office is easy to find; I received a very friendly welcome from the on-site team and they accommodated my booking mix-up without any issues. Lockers are big enough for plenty of luggage and are freely accessible any time during the rental period. Location is approx 10 minutes walk from Central Station. Thanks guys!
