I take my little princess every 2 weeks for an eyelash refill, and she is always happy with their service and price.

I went to this place a couple days ago, I had a appointment on Friday night at 7 which i had booked a couple days in advance. When I arrived i told the lady I had a 7pm appointment in which she told me no your appointment is at 7:30pm and i said no its at 7. Thats when I released they already had someone in the eyelash chair and just forgot that i was coming at 7. The lady that did my appointment was lovely, she was very gentle and i appreciated that (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) however she did my eyelashes (Volume set) in under an hour which I thought was very rushed and 2 days later all my eyelashes had fallen out. its been less then a week and i have no eyelashes left so i wasted $100 on this place. In a nutshell go to a actual eyelash place one that takes care of your eyelashes trust me its worth it.

My friend is a repeat customer here and the last time she went in, she was double booked, rushed out by another lash lady and her lashes were falling out two days later. The lady on the phone (Aditi) was shouting at her on the phone when my friend called to detail her experience and Aditi refused to give her a refund and we were told to call Hematia/Hema, the business manager/owner.Hema has refused to respond to any of our messages and calls and we have escalated to consumer affairs.Just terrible experience and it shows through their other reviews.

I would go back here for eyelash extensions mine fell out, they didn’t clean my lashes first nor give me a lash stick. My eyelash’s are very long naturally but I was sick of putting on mascara so I went here and after I got my lashes done when I opened my eyes it stung so bad!! Once I could open my eyes I saw a tiny little piece of paper saying no refunds?! Very odd! Please don’t go here. It’s been two days and it looks like I’ve had them for 2 weeks. $85 down the drain.

Y’all it was my first time getting threading lamination and tinting done. They looked crazy at first (mind you I have no eyebrows) but TRUST THE PROCESS. The ladies are so lovely and so accommodating If there is something you’re unsatisfied with. When my brows didn’t look they way I wanted them they were lovely enough to brush them and shape them the way I wanted. I’m new to laminating brows and they made me feel cared for and didn’t dismiss my requests x I will definitely go back again! Thank you ladies xx

Brought my grandma for a facial here. It was terrible, no adequate bedding, asked her to take her clothes off without giving her any towel to wrap and or shutting the door whilst staff walked in and out. When we were home, her nose started to swell due to the pressure applied during facial. When I called and tried to explain they said this never happens. Overall terrible.

DO NOT GO HERE.For a lash extension, you’ll end up with chunks of lash glue in your head. I eventually pulled out chunks of my hair, as the store was closed when I noticed. I called back to see if they could compensate and they said they “don’t do that”. Terrible place, anywhere else is better than here.
