Lake Mac FERRY

Fabulous its about time we use this beautiful lake.

We are visitors to this area and want to go on the Hop On / Off ferry.......and spend some money in your community. Nowhere on your brochure do you give addresses for each location. It took me three screens on my phone to find out the Belmont Pick Up address. For older people who do not own a smart phone or do not know how to navigate the Web.....too bad! Yes, there is a phone number but bad luck once again if you are plannig your trip after hours. Even when you find the right jetty, it has no reference to the Lake Mac Ferry. This is so amateur. I see you are preparing a new brochure. For God's sake give it to a number of people who are not familiar with the area, and get them to answer a dozen questions about locations, prices, timing of a circuit with a number of stops etc.I will do another review when we eventually get on the ferry.

Great way to travel! Awesome views, nice people! Can't wait to ride more! Great to have such a direct route across the lake!

Love this ferry service. Such a quick and picturesque way of visiting different areas of Lake Macquarie. The staff are great.

Great trip and a great way to see the lake and surrounding towns. But, the timetable is extremely confusing - how about making it more use-friendly and understandable.

This is a new service on the Lake, but it is simply a must do for all visitors to the area.
