They provide decent service, but I find they are a bit misleading compared to the customer support you can get online or over the phone. I find it difficult to understand and follow their directions.

Waited in line with about 10 others. Staff very slow. 1 or maybe 2 slow staff working. Might be quicker to drive to ballarat
